Hey everyone!

Yeah, I'm still alive, in spite of the lack of activity. School is a beast this semester, and things have been hectic. Christmas was crazy, and my dad's parents got in a car accident about a month ago, and my grandpa (on mom's side) just died this week. So I haven't had much time to update.

I do have stuffs in the works though. I'm almost done with my dress, Chelsea's shirt, and mom's couch cover (the poor, patient souls are stiiill waiting). I have some new orchids to show off, too, and soon I'll have some spring photos. Provided statistics doesn't kill me .

Oh, and belated thanks for 1,000 pageviews! Even though that was about 2 months ago...

Yay! It's actually gonna be finished this year!

I'm finally going to be able to wear my Eowyn costume this year. I'll be finishing the dress tonight. I still have to hem the bottom and finish off the sleeves. And, if all goes well, I'll finish the bodice tomorrow.

I'll try and get some pics up as soon as possible along with the summer dress, which only needs the zipper and hems.

Grrrrr. Just when I thought everything was going smoothly, my car had to mess things up. I hit a bump on the way home from work and my right rear axle broke. It's prolly going to cost a few hundred dollars for the part, plus labor, plus the other things I need to get fixed. Or I need to buy another car. Either way, it's more than I can comfortably afford right now.

That's about all for now. I just had to vent...

In other news, I have new beads, and some friends' birthdays coming up, so there will prolly be some new bracelets posted pretty soon.

And in other random news, all that's left of the brown dress is the hem, but my uncle stole the sewing machine, so I can't work on it till the end of the week.

I promise there will be some new stuff up in the gallery soon. I'm almost done with the summer dress. I need the machine-sew the zipper in, hem the bottom, and take in the skirt a little. I also have a bracelet I'm working on at the moment, and another one I owe my friend Sarah.

And, if we're lucky, I may even get some other things done too! But my bedroom comes first...I'm painting it purple and making new curtains. (I'll post pics of that too, when it's done)
